Peaceful location near to surrounding bars and restaurants, the local grocery shop and the alley, and the room was spacious. Greatly enjoyed the staff, they were helpful and I felt welcomed. All in all everything was perfectly fine, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge. Had kitchen. Liked having Starbucks within 5 minutes walk away...

We had a fantastic stay at the Central Belfast Apartments on University Street. The location was ideal for our visit to Queen's Uni and the surrounding area, including Lisburn Rd and Botanic. The rooms were comfortable with great beds, and the walk-in shower was a convenient feature. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, making our 5-day stay comfortable and enjoyable. The modern decor was stylish yet cozy, perfect for our family group. The staff were always friendly, ensuring we received all necessary instructions. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Beautiful and convenient location. Botanic gardens and lots of wonderful restaurants a few minutes walk away. City centre 15 minute stroll. Botanic train station and buses on the doorstep. Gorgeous apartment with everything you'd need for a longer stay and very secure. Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Great customer service and lovely gesture with bottle of wine on arrival. Great design throughout and really spacious apartment. Beds super comfy and shower great.

The apartment was mind-blowingly furnished and recently updated, a super pleasant surprise! The four bags of crisps left for us were jaw-droppingly appreciated. Plus, the washing machine worked like a dream! The cleanliness and comfort of the apartment were top-notch, and the spaciousness was wow-worthy. Being so close to the University was a major plus, and the selection of nearby restaurants was fantastic. The added bonus of a washer/dryer was a game-changer. The location was incredibly convenient, with a quiet road at night and easy access to the Botanic gardens, river, local shops, and city centre. The facilities in the flat were absolutely great, and the gift of wine and crisps was a delightful touch. The shower was simply wonderful, and the flat kept us warm and cozy. Figuring out the heating was a small challenge, but overall, it was an EXCELLENT stay. With the included fast broadband, off-site car park, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, express check-in/out, and opportunities for hiking nearby.

We got great value for our money at Central Belfast Apartments: University Street. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a modern design. My stay at Central Belfast Apartments on University Street was exceptional. The property was well-maintained and offered some lovely touches, such as a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Its convenient location allowed easy access to the botanic gardens, restaurants, and the city center. it was a great break!

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was having a plug socket next to a mirror for styling hair.

The kitchen in these apartments is truly well-fitted, making it a joy to cook in. I felt like a master chef whipping up delicious meals with all the modern appliances provided. It was like having Gordon Ramsay's kitchen at my disposal, minus the yelling of course!

The neighborhood was not as advertised, with graffiti-covered buildings and littered streets. We felt unsafe during our stay.
